Boss Industries came to Trusted looking for a quote to compare against other manufacturing existing suppliers.
Solution
Trusted suggested an alternative approach to the traditional quotes that Boss had received. Trusted’s approach involved collaboration between Boss’s product designers and Trusted’s engineers to modify the design and streamline manufacturing and inventory management procedures that would in turn save Boss time and money.
Results
